Who we are
My love for baking began when I was four years old, standing on a stool next to my grandma, helping her stir a pot of our family’s secret caramel frosting. From that moment, I was hooked. Throughout my childhood and teen years, that love only grew stronger. In high school, I joined culinary classes and the culinary club, where I had the incredible support of a teacher who encouraged me to pursue my passion even further.
That encouragement led me to pack up and move from Arizona to Colorado to attend Johnson & Wales University, where I studied Baking & Pastry Arts. My time there was unforgettable—filled with creativity, growth, and working alongside some amazing people who shared the same sweet dream.
After graduating, I spent time working in a few local bakeries before shifting into the restaurant world. Over the past several years, I’ve worn many hats—from host and server to bartender and eventually into leadership. Now I’m putting my baking hat right back on ( it fits like a glove) and doing something that I truely love to do.
